Register once for the double judged show. The show secretary will enter QH class entries for both shows and all-breed class entries for one show.

Click on
"Register Now" to sign up for your classes for the show. Online registration ends 2 days prior to the show date. Use paper registrations after the online cutoff. If you need to sign up for more than 10 classes, register a second time. No extra fees are added with more than 1 online registration to add more classes for the same horse and exhibitor.
** Payment for the show must be given to the show secretary at the show PRIOR to the beginning of the show. Stop by to confirm your back # and classes. Refer to "payment options" below. Your financial obligation begins at this point, even though payment is required at the event. Refer to "refunds" below.
** Additional fees as noted on the Show Fee Schedule will be posted to your account by the show secretary.

ASQHA Members: Register as the
exhibitor with your own membership I.D. and password.
Non-ASQHA Members:
Register online providing all the personal
information requested for the exhibitor.
Show registration
through this event will include class registration only.
Non-class
fees will be added to your show bill when your classes are input into
the show management software. Refer to the "Schedule of Fees" to determine
applicable fees you will be charged. Adds and deletes will be handled at
the show.
Prior to registering for a show, make
sure you have completed the "Show/Event Pre-registration."
If you are interested in competing for year-end awards, complete the "Recording Form"
prior to entering a class. Class points earned before completing the
Recording Form will not be counted for year-end awards. ASQHA membership
is required.
Copies of the following paperwork are
REQUIRED to
be submitted once you have pre-registered:
1. Horse Registration (front and back.)
2. AQHA/AQHYA membership card. For novice exhibitors, membership
card MUST identify your novice eligibility. Contact AQHA before the show
to obtain updated card, if necessary. (Not required for exhibitors in
only All-Breed classes.)
*** Anyone planning to enter a quarter horse class without a membership
card will be required to purchase a membership at the show prior to
entering any classes. ***
3. EIA.
4. Register of Merit (ROM) - if exhibitor is entering a
Performance Halter class.
5. AQHA Lease Authorization - for leased horses in QH classes.
PRE-REGISTRATION, CLASS REGISTRATION AND THESE COPIES are required to be submitted prior to the
early entry deadline in order to take advantage of the reduced early
registration office fee rate. Refer to "Schedule
of Fees."
Payment options: cash,
check, credit card (cc - for members only.) Stop by the show office prior to the start of the
show to drop off your payment, confirm your back # and your
classes. For credit card payments, a deposit check (blank, if you
are
not certain of the total) is required prior to the start of the
show.
- Anchorage cc payments: Final show bill total can be posted on your
asqha.com account and you can post your payment at that time. If your
show bill is not final before you need to leave, the show secretary will
contact you with the total and submit the total to the treasurer for
posting on the website. You must pay the show bill online within 48
hours or the deposit check will be posted instead of waiting for a cc
payment.

Refunds:
Class fees are not refundable for scratched classes
without a veterinary or medical excuse. Excuses must be provided to the
show secretary or manager within 3 days of the end of the
show for ANY refunds. Stall, office or any other fees are NOT refundable
for any reason.
